Document requests can be submitted online, but not all documents will be sent out in an electronic format. If available, autopsy and toxicology reports can be sent out electronically by email but reports of investigation will be sent by US mail. Therefore, we must have a valid US mail address. Please also provide an email address in case we need to contact you about your request. If you do not have an email address, call us at (919) 743-9000 to request a document.
